I can't really remember how I stumbled upon these guys, but I was pretty excited that I did.  For a good amount of time Appearance Disappear was at the top of my most played songs on iTunes.  It was a couple months after I discovered them that they broke up.  All I could think was, "wow, the lifespan of bands these days are severely low."  Once again I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had come back together because of overwhelming fan support. This nine track CD is packed with energy and if the first song doesn't having you tapping your foot I don't know what will.  The keyboard/synth programming and the frequent transitions between the clean and screamed vocals are some of their greatest features.  The high energy is consistent through most of the album with the exception of a couple songs that grants a sign of relief and a moment to relax.  This album is a good one to add to your collection because it's hard to find CD's that are good start to finish while still maintaining individual songs.  I'm no music expert and can only hope to describe this as best I can.  This album compared to the songs they recorded afterwards has a fullness that almost makes the music more tactile.  The songs they recorded are great, but lack the full body of Appearance Disappear.  From what I can tell they are in the processes of getting some new material together which is exciting for all their fans.  The sound they create helps distinguish them from the mass of Post Hardcore bands that are out there following the formula.  Let's hope they continue to maintain this individuality as well as producing great energetic music.
